Senior Project Manager / Mid-rise Residential

As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of large-scale multifamily and mixed‑use developments, ensuring all projects meet scope, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Consultant & Design Team Oversight: Direct architects, engineers, and third‑party consultants, ensuring designs are coordinated, cost‑aligned, and constructible.
• Budget & Forecast Discipline: Take full ownership of project financials. Monitor budgets, manage change orders, and maintain accurate, timely reporting.
• Schedule Mastery: Build and manage master project schedules, anticipate constraints, implement recovery plans, and drive accountability across all stakeholders.
• Contract & Risk Management: Negotiate, execute, and administer contracts with GCs, trades, and consultants. Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Executive Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership-focused on facts, risks, and solutions. Bridge communication between field teams and corporate leadership to ensure alignment.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with development, construction, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept through construction and into lease‑up.
• Team Leadership: Lead your team with clarity and purpose-setting expectations, fostering a solution‑oriented mindset, and driving high‑performance execution.
