Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing diverse and complex construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with clients and stakeholders to establish and implement robust project controls, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including overseeing endorsements, amendments, and change orders.
  • Supervising consultant services, reviewing drawings, specifications, and work quality to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Leading site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to address issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitoring project budgets, managing change orders, and overseeing all site activities to maintain financial and operational control.
  • Contributing to the development and continuous updating of project schedules and participating in contract negotiations.
  • Managing customer and subcontractor payment requests, reviewing shop drawings and samples, and addressing technical questions related to plans and specifications.
  • Monitoring and addressing "Conflict Detections" during BIM execution, ensuring effective resolution of project deficiencies and amendments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing ICI projects within a General Contracting environment, with a proven track record of handling multiple high-profile projects.
  • A deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with PMP certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
