Senior Project Manager - Construction

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to close-out.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment throughout the project lifecycle.
