Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Construction should have:

  • Proven experience working for an ICI General Contractor overseeing $10M to $80M ground up new build and renovation projects in the light industrial construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
