Senior Operations Manager - Construction - OttawaResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Be accountable for all operational performance from a risk, construction, safety, quality, operations, preconstruction, client satisfaction, project schedule, resource planning, and project financial performance standpoint.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Review, advise, and helps prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Mentor and support team members to achieve their professional goals.
