Job Description

  • Manage virtual, cloud, and physical infrastructure (VMware, Windows Server, Azure)
  • Maintain backups and disaster recovery readiness (Veeam)
  • Oversee secure, high-performance network environments (Meraki, Fortinet, Dell)
  • Keep documentation, diagrams, and process maps current and accurate
  • Coordinate and deliver IT infrastructure projects end-to-end
  • Provide advanced technical support (L3+) and act as an escalation point
  • Participate in after-hours emergency/on-call rotation
  • Collaborate with Security Operations and managed service providers

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of IT infrastructure / systems admin experience
  • Expertise with VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
  • Proficiency with PowerShell automation and Dell infrastructure management
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VLAN, VxLAN, routing, switching)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery (Veeam)
  • Experience supporting global environments across multiple time zones
  • Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and optimization skills
