About Our Client

Our client-a leading ICI General Contractor/Construction Manager-is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their collaborative team in Burlington. This is a critical hire with high visibility and impact across the business.

Job Description

  • Lead estimating efforts for ground-up new build projects ranging from $10M to $80M in scope.
  • Work closely with the Estimating Manager and a tight-knit team of 3-4 professionals.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze subcontractor bids, and contribute to winning strategies.
  • Collaborate across design-build teams to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Estimator should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in ICI GC/CM estimating for Design Build projects.
  • Proven success in estimating ground-up new builds in the $10M-$80M range.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, market pricing, and bid processes.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a close-knit, high-performing team.
