This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company that has a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects across a variety of sectors.Job DescriptionLead the estimation process for large-scale construction projects valued at $10 million or more.Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and scope of work to create accurate estimates.Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary pricing and input.Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure cost-effective selections.Prepare and submit bid packages, including scope of work and pricing breakdowns.Provide input on constructability and value engineering to ensure projects stay within budget while meeting client expectations.Assist in the preparation of project schedules and timelines in collaboration with project teams.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company standards.
