Senior Estimator - Shoring - GTA

As a Senior Estimator - Shoring, you will:

• Manage the full tender process from invitation to final submission.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
• Review project scope and complete bid documentation.
• Conduct site visits and participate in bid interviews.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information) to clients.
• Maintain and update the tender tracker, ensuring timely submissions.
• Follow up with clients throughout the bidding process to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to review production and project feasibility.
• Mentor and support junior estimators to develop their skills.
• Present bid opportunities and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new shoring opportunities to expand the business pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Proactively explore new markets and strategic partnerships through industry networking and market analysis.
