Job Description

  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates across various ICI projects.
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to define scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather data.
  • Maintain and evolve a cost/pricing database for future bids.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development.
  • Support bid presentations and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years in commercial and institutional estimating, including 6+ years on complex, multi-million-dollar bids.
  • Proven experience with a General Contractor.
  • Strong command of construction software and digital tools.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Educational background in construction management or related field.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and navigating complex projects.
