Job Description

  • Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI new build construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project budgets and timelines.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate costs.
  • Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain records of past projects for bench marking and cost analysis purposes.
  • Lead meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and scope information.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Estimator - Design Build should have:

  • Proven experience in ICI General Contractor estimating, with a strong background in design-build projects.
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools for construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project needs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Autonomous work ethic with the ability to manage the estimating process independently.
