  Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure alignment and resolve issues or concerns as they arise.

  Construction Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive construction drawings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and that all details meet project specifications.

  Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies or challenges within the project, offering solutions to mitigate risks or delays.

  Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technologists, fostering professional growth and maintaining high technical standards.

  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, standards, and environmental regulations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
