Job Description

  • Provide functional support and configuration for SAP FICO, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, and Internal Orders.
  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business requirements, improve financial closing processes, and enhance reporting and cost-control activities.
  • Perform system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and change management for enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Conduct GAP analysis and recommend solutions aligned with SAP best practices and business needs.
  • Ensure SAP FICO compliance with Thai GAAP, tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Support integration with related modules such as MM, SD, and PP for end-to-end business scenarios.
  • Lead or support SAP projects, including enhancements, upgrades, rollouts, and S/4HANA preparation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external SAP consultants and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Provide Level 2-3 incident resolution, system troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support to key users.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in configuration and functional support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end closing, reconciliations, budgeting, and cost allocation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Thai localization, tax configuration, and statutory reporting.
  • Experience with integration between FICO and MM/SD/PP modules.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
