We are hiring for an experienced sales professional to grow the Video Surveillance Solutions business division. This role will focus on new business development while also expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate has experience selling security, video surveillance, or technology solutions and thrives in a consultative, solution‑based sales environment.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

  • Focus on selling video surveillance and electronic access control security systems.
  • Product focus includes - surveillance cameras, CCTV, access control, video analytics, network video management software and hardware etc.
  • Focus sectors: Manufacturing, Commercial, Enterprise, Public Safety, Developers/Construction etc.
  • Sales Territory includes - Barrie, Newmarket, Vaughan, Innisfil, Orillia, Aurora, Collingwood etc.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue through new business development and up-selling existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling solutions such as - video surveillance, CCTV, Access Control, or related technology solutions
  • Hands-on experience selling comparable enterprise-class video surveillance platforms is a strong asset
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable engaging with technical decision-makers, consultants, and end users
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
