Project Manager

• Manage multiple ICI projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Set up and initiate projects, coordinating with municipalities, engineers, architects, and other consultants
• Monitor and report on project schedules, budgets, margins, and profitability
• Prepare and review cost reports and forecasts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
• Lead and participate in project and site meetings, ensuring alignment among all parties
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of each project
• Manage billings, approvals, and expedite change order processes
