As a Project Manager, you will oversee full-cycle ICI construction projects-ensuring quality execution, accurate budgeting, schedule adherence, and strong stakeholder communication. You will be an integral part of a collaborative team that manages 4-6 simultaneous projects and is committed to exceeding client expectations.

Our client is a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects across Ontario. They deliver projects ranging from $1M additions and renovations to complex builds exceeding $40M, supported by a collaborative, detail-focused project team.

Description de poste

  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through to closeout.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate closely with site supervisors, subtrades, consultants, and clients.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely resolution of construction challenges.
  • Maintain project documentation, progress reporting, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support risk mitigation, issue escalation, and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Le candidat idéal

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects in Ontario.
  • Proven track record delivering projects in the $5M-$40M+ range.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract structures (e.g., CCDC), and project delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across Ontario.
