Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and contracts.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Experience working on high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
