Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of renovation projects and manage on-site crews and subcontractors
  • Coordinate material deliveries and occasionally assist with handling materials
  • Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and property owners
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Identify and resolve issues on-site efficiently and proactively

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of relevant high rise residential & Commercial renovation experience in a Construction environment.

    • 3-5 years of experience in multi-residential turnover construction projects.
    • Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
    • Strong knowledge of materials used in renovations and property maintenance
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
    • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Valid G Driver's License
    • Access to a personal vehicle
    • A strong asset is having an established network of reliable subcontractors in the industry.
