We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee high-value institutional projects in the GTA.Job DescriptionLead and oversee ICI construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet project specifications.Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
