Our client is a reputable General Contractor based in London, Ontario, specializing in ICI construction projects. With a strong track record of quality delivery and long-term client relationships, they continue to grow and are expanding their team to support upcoming projects.

Job Description

  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of ICI construction projects in Toronto.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly with large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience managing ICI construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal certifications are considered assets.
