Job Description



  • Oversee all aspects of high-rise construction from pre-construction to occupancy


  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and trade performance to ensure milestones are met


  • Collaborate with consultants, architects, engineers, and municipal authorities


  • Lead internal site teams and foster a strong safety-first culture


  • Ensure project compliance with all local bylaws and building codes


  • Mitigate risks and resolve project-related challenges proactively


  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, reporting on progress and KPIs

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in high-rise residential construction (25+ storeys)


  • A degree in Engineering or Architecture


  • Proven success managing large-scale, concrete high-rise projects in urban settings


  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills


  • Experience working with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite


  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and municipal regulations
