Project Manager - High-Rise

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-rise condominium projects, from pre-construction to project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise condominium projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of both.
• Collaborate closely with owners, developers, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to align on project objectives and resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and best construction practices.
• Regularly monitor project progress and performance, providing updates to senior management.
• Oversee contract administration, including procurement, negotiations, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Review and manage shop drawings, site instructions, and change orders.
• Identify potential risks throughout the project and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
