Project Manager - High-rise Forming - GTA

• The project manager will be responsible for managing the Forming stages of one or more major High-rise residential or commercial builds within the GTA
• Monitor project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment and quality controls
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with the project teams, trade contractors, architects, consultants and clients.
• Project planning and execution
• Manage project meetings.
• Mentor, coach, supervise and assess performance of direct reports and team members.
• Assist in securing new work by participating in estimates, working with sub-contractors and participate in proposals and presentation.
• Any other reasonable responsibilities required during the duration of the project(s)
