Job Description

  • Manage construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients
  • Oversee the project team and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Report project progress to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
