Job Description

  • Oversee OneStream platform to ensure reliable, uninterrupted performance.
  • Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
  • Create and update documentation for system configurations and operational processes.
  • Train and support end‑users on OneStream features, workflows, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years in OneStream system administration and configuration, with implementation experience as a bonus.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting system performance issues.
  • Resolve technical issues while maintaining strong data archiving practices.
  • Utilize OneStream automation capabilities (e.g., Workflows) to streamline planning activities.
  • Configure and administer OneStream security settings, including user roles and access controls.
  • Conduct routine data loads, perform data validation, and troubleshoot discrepancies within OneStream.
