IT System Administrator

• Support IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms, to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.
• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software in line with business requirements and compliance standards.
• Track system performance and resolve issues quickly to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Maintain strong network and data security using firewalls, antivirus tools, and other protective measures.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and guidance to employees to keep them productive and confident using IT systems.
• Maintain clear documentation of system setups, processes, and changes for accuracy and continuity.
