We are looking for an IT Site Lead to support the setup of a new factory in Thailand. This role will handle IT infrastructure, ensure systems run smoothly, provide daily IT support to employees, and work closely with the head office international IT team .

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Job Description

  • Set up and manage IT infrastructure, including networks and servers such as file, email, and application servers.
  • Maintain and improve systems to ensure stability and support business growth.
  • Provide daily IT support to users, troubleshooting issues with computers, laptops, and software.
  • Respond to user requests on time and keep records of problems and solutions.
  • Act as the main contact between the Thailand factory and an international IT team.
  • Support system updates, testing, and share user feedback or issues with the head office.
  • Install and manage software such as Microsoft Office, and other tools, ensuring proper licensing.
  • Take care of the server room, including monitoring servers, storage, and system performance.
  • Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance to avoid system issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols.
  • Familiar with Windows Server and Linux systems.
