Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cybersecurity to ensure system availability, reliability, and security.
  • Oversee daily IT operations including monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and user support while coordinating with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Manage and support the company's ERP system and work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure effective usage.
  • Coordinate ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and continuously improve workflows and system functionality.
  • Lead initiatives to digitize manual processes across departments by implementing digital tools, automation, and workflow systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Promote data-driven decision making by improving reporting, data accessibility, and system integration.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of IT infrastructure staff and programmers, assigning and prioritizing projects and operational tasks.
  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design system solutions, including development of internal applications, reports, and integrations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of IT experience, including infrastructure and business systems management.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or process automation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security, cloud technologies).
  • Experience managing or mentoring small technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business teams.
