As they expand their operations in the GTA, they are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects valued between $15 million and $80 million.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site visits to address issues and implement solutions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site.Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments, to stakeholders.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation to ensure all aspects are managed effectively.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
