HR Project Manager

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of highrise condo projects from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to align project goals and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.
• Administer contracts, including procurement and negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
• Track project milestones and performance, preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and foster a collaborative environment for on-site teams.
