This teamwork enables them to tackle large-scale projects, positioning them at the forefront of the construction industry.Job DescriptionConsult with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring quality and compliance.Draft and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including endorsements, amendments, and change orders.Oversee consultant services, including drawings, specifications, supervision, and work acceptance.Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities.Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and participate in contract negotiations.Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications.Monitor and resolve "Conflict Detections" during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
