High Rise Senior Project Manager

• Lead high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
