Job Description

  • Leading, mentor and develop the regional Finance team
  • Working closely with the General Manager, Americas and other senior management to provide financially driven strategic and analytical leadership to support business growth
  • Overseeing the delivery of management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance
  • Developing financial models to support business planning and decision making.
  • Conducting regular financial analysis and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Optimize, monitor and forecast cash flow and working capital to support business operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, plus a CPA/CFA or MBA is preferred
  • 10 + years of experience in the Finance and Accounting space
  • Previous experience in a Head of Finance or Finance Director position
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced multinational software business
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and IFRS, and specifically their application in international settings
  • Management experience with strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning and financial modelling skills
  • Well-versed in working with senior stakeholders
