Estimator - Windsor

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for industrial and commercial builds up to 750,000 sq ft
• Lead pre-construction pricing strategy, value-engineering, and risk assessments
• Interpret drawings, specs, and contract documents to develop competitive, accurate proposals
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams to ensure continuity between estimating and execution
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best value without compromising quality or schedule
• Maintain an organized cost database and historical unit pricing to improve future bids
• Participate in tender reviews, presentations, and client meetings as the estimating subject-matter expert
