We are a well-established, family-owned business specializing in design-build contracting services across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, and historical restoration projects. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of a wide range of construction projects.

Job Description



  • Attend pre-bid meetings, job walk-throughs, and investigate project sites.


  • Review and understand all construction documents, specifications, addenda, bid documents, and geotechnical reports.


  • Perform complete and accurate material take-offs and prepare sub-trade tender requirements and requests for quotes.


  • Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and sub-trades.


  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.


  • Ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and adhere to quality standards.


  • Support procurement, project documentation, and compliance with regulations.


  • Contribute as a team member, supporting Owners, clients, and co-workers.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating.


  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.


  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office programs.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.


  • Strong multitasking ability and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.


  • Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
