We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of a wide range of construction projects.Job DescriptionAttend pre-bid meetings, job walk-throughs, and investigate project sites.Review and understand all construction documents, specifications, addenda, bid documents, and geotechnical reports.Perform complete and accurate material take-offs and prepare sub-trade tender requirements and requests for quotes.Prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and sub-trades.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.Ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and adhere to quality standards.Support procurement, project documentation, and compliance with regulations.Contribute as a team member, supporting Owners, clients, and co-workers.
