Job Description

  • Estimate project costs and manage the overall project process
  • Manage and coordinate with construction teams
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Monitor compliance with construction regulations and safety standards
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress
  • Conduct risk assessments to minimize project risks
  • Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as an Estimator & Project Manager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Familiarity with construction regulations and quality standards
