• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project budgets.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in project costs and timelines.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide regular updates on project costs and budgets to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimates.
