Job Description

  • Align and execute all e-commerce activities, from marketing campaigns to digital projects to achieve and surpass objectives.
  • Manage and implement the development, release and maintenance of web systems and services that supports the company's e-commerce business strategy
  • Own & optimize the online customer experience to increase retention, conversion, and
  • customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Influence and execute digital best practices to ensure quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and e-commerce growth.
  • Enhance the online performance through site analysis and metric reviews.
  • Help drive up transaction rates by working closely to set growth KPIs, optimize assortment opportunities and share product recommendations based on customer purchasing metrics Help aggregate feedback and work closely with management team in developing software product strategy and roadmap updates to ensure we are building scalable solutions and helping retailers achieve success with a merchant lens.
  • Managing web design, development and e-commerce system implementations that include infrastructure integration Write document requirements and formalize them from a marketing/digital perspective prior to handing off to IT team or System integrator provider Evaluate the feasibility of requests to determine if they fit within the overall roadmap Coach & develop your team of web merchandisers and web integrators while creating a good synergy with the marketing & product teams.
  • Develop familiarity with our products and/or services, consumer demographics, points of competitive differentiation, and revenue/profit drivers. Ability to facilitate cross team collaboration both virtually and in person.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ecommerce Hands on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Well versed in UX best practices for E-Commerce Experience in project management an asset
  • A demonstrated track record of building and scaling an e-commerce business Data driven, client centric decision making and capable of setting metrics and monitoring progress against objectives Team player and resilient in the face of challenges, ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
