As a medium-sized organization based in Toronto, they are committed to providing valuable services to the community while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Job Description* Work with Solution Architect, Project Leader, and Business Analyst indelivering services and solutions for stakeholders using Microsoft's PowerApps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Automate, custom development,and data integrations.* Collaborate with other programmers, designers, and members of the projectteam in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on MicrosoftDynamics CRM, XRM framework and C#.NET.* Identify and implement areas and processes where Power Platform andMicrosoft Dynamics 365 can be better leveraged to facilitate processimprovement.* Create and maintain custom dashboards, models, Power App components,and integration with third-party services and external APIs.* Provide hands-on technical expertise to perform needs assessments anddesign and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customerrequirements by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.* Perform unit tests on new and existing programs for the purposes ofcorrecting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.* Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at thehighest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.* Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, bestpractices, and trends.* Craft Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart yourknowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.* Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Information Technology.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
