With a focus on a diverse range of Industrial, Commercial, Institutional (ICI), and Residential projects, they pride themselves on delivering excellence in every build.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Directly report to the President & CEO, managing and coordinating manpower across multiple sites.Oversee the tracking, distribution, usage, and storage of company equipment.Define scope of work, deliverables, and provide direction on contracts and subcontracts.Lead the creation and management of construction schedules and activities, ensuring all projects meet timelines and budget constraints.Issue daily progress updates on costs and timelines using Pro-Core.Ensure compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.Facilitate collaboration between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.Schedule and chair site meetings to resolve issues swiftly.Manage all project documentation including RFIs, RFCOs, ICOs, and communication forms.Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, assisting with sales presentations, and attending networking events as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
