Job Description



  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution.


  • Develop and execute effective project strategies to drive success.


  • Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.


  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and team members.


  • Uphold compliance with safety regulations and building codes.


  • Provide senior management with comprehensive progress reports.


  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements.


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of construction professionals.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.


  • Extensive track record of successfully managing light industrial, temperature-controlled facility, and data center projects ranging from $40M to $100M.


  • Well-established network and strong relationships within the GTA construction industry, including subtrades, consultants, and key industry professionals.


  • Demonstrated success in a comparable role within the local construction sector.


  • Exceptional leadership abilities and a strategic approach to project management.


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project execution best practices.
