This role is ideal for a senior-level coordinator with strong expertise in scheduling, document control, and cross-functional coordination.

This role uses AI-assisted tools to support initial screening. All assessments and decisions are made by a human reviewer.

Our client is a process-driven established vertically integrated real estate developer that is involved in self-performing construction projects across multiple large scale mixed use communities.

Job Description



    • Project Scheduling & Reporting

      • Develop, maintain, and continuously update master project schedules across all active construction projects using Microsoft Project.
      • Create and manage a centralized, multi-project schedule (master program) that integrates timelines across developments.
      • Coordinate with Project Managers and Development Managers on a weekly basis to collect progress updates, identify schedule risks, and ensure accuracy.
      • Track key milestones, critical paths, and dependencies across projects, proactively highlighting schedule variances.
      • Prepare and distribute weekly scheduling reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership.
      • Assist in schedule analysis, including identifying delays, forecasting impacts, and recommending mitigation strategies.



      Cross-Project Coordination

      • Act as a central point of coordination for scheduling information across all projects.
      • Ensure alignment between construction schedules, development timelines, and key deliverables.
      • Support project teams in maintaining consistency in scheduling standards and reporting formats.



      Document Control & Management

      • Serve as the primary document control coordinator for all projects.
      • Maintain and administer SharePoint (or equivalent platform) ensuring:
        • Documents are accurately stored, categorized, and version-controlled
        • Folder structures remain consistent and organized across all projects
        • Records are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
      • Receive project documentation from teams (drawings, reports, contracts, etc.) and ensure proper filing and indexing.
      • Implement and enforce document control procedures and best practices across the organization.
      • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with document management standards.



      Process Improvement & Standardization

      • Develop and refine standardized templates for schedules, reports, and document control systems.
      • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in scheduling and document management workflows.
      • Provide guidance and support to project teams on scheduling tools and document control procedures.

The Successful Applicant

    • Qualifications



      • Experience
        • 5+ years of experience in Urban Planning/Land Development, construction coordination, project scheduling, or project controls
        • Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects preferred
        • Proven experience managing multi-project schedules


      • Technical Skills
        • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (required)
        • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management systems
        • Familiarity with construction project lifecycle, scheduling principles, and critical path analysis
