Controller - Manufacturing - Mississauga

• Managing operations of the finance and accounting team
• Prepare all financial statements and present to senior leadership and board of directors
• Collaborates with departments to manage budgeting process
• Ensure financial systems and processes are improving when necessary
• Provide strategic insight to management for decision making
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance across regulatory reporting and auditing process
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Handles direct and indirect tax filings and ensures regulations are met
