Our client is reputable throughout Southwestern Ontario.Job DescriptionOversee the entire construction process of the high-rise development, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and project timelines.Manage and supervise the construction of high-rise projectsCoordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Oversee on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality on-site.Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.Prepare progress reports, update project schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders.Proactively resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make decisions to keep projects on track.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation.
