About Our Client

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and driven High-Rise Superintendent to join their team. Our client is reputable throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Job Description

Oversee the entire construction process of the high-rise development, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and project timelines.
Manage and supervise the construction of high-rise projects
Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Oversee on-site activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality on-site.
Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare progress reports, update project schedules, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Proactively resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make decisions to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent in high-rise construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project completions.
In-depth knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, building codes, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams to achieve project goals.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to handle unforeseen challenges effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proactive approach to ensuring a safe working environment for all construction personnel.
A relevant diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
