Construction Project Manager

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
