The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This role is based in Etobicoke and requires expertise in the commercial construction industry.

Description de poste

  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the commercial construction industry.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Le candidat idéal

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in the construction industry in a general contracting environment.
  • Experience overseeing financial services and retail client fit out and renovation projects up to $5M in scope value
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
