Construction PM - Custom Home / Hotel

• Manage all phases of custom home and hotel construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
