About Our Client

A reputable mid-sized contractor with a strong footprint in Ontario's civil and infrastructure sector is seeking a Construction Manager / Project Manager to oversee bridge construction projects in the Southwestern Ontario region

Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle delivery of bridge projects, including culverts, overpasses, and structural rehabilitation works
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Liaise with engineers, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Lead site teams with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Monitor progress and provide technical guidance throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with design specifications and project goals

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in bridge or heavy civil construction
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven ability to manage municipal infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with structural drawings, staging plans, and bridge construction methodologies
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid G license
