Civil Construction Estimator

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project specifications and requirements.
• Analyse project drawings and identify materials, labour, and equipment needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments and account for potential project challenges in estimates.
• Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle as required.
• Provide support during bid preparation and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
