Chief Estimator - Toronto

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for various construction projects.
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
• Ensure all estimates align with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a database of costs and pricing for future projects.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities to improve project outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators within the team.
• Participate in bid presentations and client meetings to support project proposals.
